HIP is not a job placement program, and participation does not guarantee employment.
However, participants may develop professional skills, build networks, gain practical experience, strengthen portfolios, and connect with mentors, organizations, and potential employers.
One of the goals of the proSEED framework is to increase participants' capacity to create opportunities, pursue employment, contribute to organizations, and navigate changing economic environments.
HIP is designed to help participants develop capabilities and explore pathways that may lead to employment, self-employment, entrepreneurship, or other forms of economic participation.
