Knowledge Base Partners & Mentors

Can participants become facilitators, mentors, or community champions?

Yes. Communities of Africa aims to create opportunities for participants to take on increasing levels of responsibility and leadership over time.

One of the goals of Communities of Africa is to build local capacity within communities.

Participants who demonstrate commitment, professionalism, leadership, and subject matter expertise may be invited to contribute in future activities as peer mentors, facilitators, community champions, team leaders, project coordinators, trainers, or program ambassadors.

These opportunities help strengthen the ecosystem while also providing participants with valuable leadership experience and potential pathways toward self-employment, consulting, facilitation, or professional development opportunities.
