Knowledge Base Participation

What happens if I miss a session?

Participants should make every effort to attend, but occasional absences can be accommodated.

Active participation is important because many HIP activities involve discussion, collaboration, teamwork, and experiential learning.

If a participant misses a session, they may be asked to review materials, connect with teammates, or complete follow-up activities to remain engaged with the cohort.

Frequent absences may affect a participant's ability to benefit fully from the program and may influence eligibility for future opportunities.
