proSEED is a learning framework designed to help participants develop the professional, interpersonal, and innovation capabilities needed to create value and participate meaningfully in economic and community development. The framework recognizes that successful innovation requires more than technical knowledge. Participants must learn to understand themselves, work effectively with others, identify opportunities, and move ideas toward implementation. proSEED provides the structure for the participant journey through UBU, USEED, and UDO.
What is proSEED?
